Hi, I’m Joan Lim and Hybrid Creative based in Melbourne, Australia.
It seems that over the years, I’m all about adding a little creative magic. You can say I’m a little bit of a creative explorer. Over the course of my career I've gained experience as a youth olympics photographer, a wedding photographer, an assistant producer at a photo studio, a graphic designer, a digital designer, a social content producer, an art director, an AWARD school tutor and a ceramic potter. As of late, I’ve picked up a new craft to explore – generative ai (midjourney).
When it comes to creativity, a little bit of fun and care goes a long way. I’m deeply curious with a can-do attitude. But before everything, it’s most important to be compassionate and build real, honest human relationships first.
Most days, if I’m not too busy creating ads, I’ll either be potting, cooking or taking photos of people near and far.
